Method 1: Send an Inquiry

1. At the supplier’s detail page, click "Inquiry Now" to go to the inquiry section.

1. Fill in all the required fields with your request details, then click "Inquiry Now" to send it.

After sending, your inquiry will be delivered to the supplier’s email inbox and chat. You can also manage your sent inquiries by clicking "Inquiries Sent" to view the management page for all your sent inquiries.

Method 2: Chat Directly

At the supplier’s detail page, click "Chat Now" to send a direct message to the supplier. Note: This feature is only available for verified buyers. If you can’t click it, please verify your business account.
